A “Foot Doctor” will meet one-on-one with the client in order to ensure proper foot health. Services include treatment of foot related problems as well as routine grooming aid.


Substance Abuse

O ur Substance Abuse program offers Assessments, Education/Prevention, Group & Individual Therapy, 12-step Recovery, Random Drug Screenings, and Aftercare Support Services.


Employment Services

O ur Vocational Skills group sessions are offered to those who wish to enter the workforce after spending time on disability benefits. Activities include: On-Job- Vocational Training , Employment Assessments, Job Placement Assistance, and Resume Workshops


Specialty Services

O ur Speciality Services offer HIV prevention and education to the community. Counselors are available conduct confidential HIV Testing and Counseling. Medical Case-Management services are also offered under the Ryan White program to ensure proper access to care.


Nutrition Support

T he food assistance program at CRC is partnered with local foodbanks. With these donations, free hot breakfasts, daily lunches, and weekly food-giveaways from our emergency-food-pantry



O ur Drop-in-Center offers peer-led sessions to those afflicted by mental illness. This is an extended day model offering relevant support and activities to those interested in learning more about their illness in a supportive atmosphere of peers. Operational: Mon-Sat (7am – 4pm)



D aily transportation to and from any of the above Medicaid/Medicare covered programs can be arranged by CRC, free of charge.



T he PAC (PROJECT AIDS CARE) Waiver requires an additional set of eligibility standards and referral processed.
We provide case management services to individuals diagnosed with AIDS. PAC Waiver is a Medicaid program that provides home and community-based services to eligible recipients living at home.
